(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
B. 7,5240,000 won and its related thereto on September 11, 2015
Reasons
1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease agreement dated March 14, 2011 (a security deposit of KRW 40 million, monthly rent of KRW 4180,00) was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, and claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to overdue rent or rent.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
