1. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 5, 2013, driving a B-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-te-p

At around 05:00 on April 5, 2013, the Defendant expressed that the Defendant had been driving together with the Defendant in order to conceal the fact that the Defendant had operated a motor vehicle not covered by a license and mandatory insurance, such as Paragraph 1, at the home of the Defendant at C and 206, and caused D to have the Defendant make a false confession.

Therefore, the Defendant appeared at the F District Team of the Gyeonggi City Police Station located in E at the time of the same day at around 05:35, and made a false statement to G to the police officer belonging to the said F District at the time and place of Paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant instigated D to escape a person who commits a crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment.
