1. The plaintiffs' lawsuit against the defendant C is dismissed.

2. Defendant D Co., Ltd.:

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties 1) Plaintiff A (hereinafter “B”)

Defendant D (hereinafter referred to as “D”) is the representative director of the Company.

(2) Around 2015, the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “instant telecom”). Around 2015, the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “the instant telecom”).

Defendant C owned 1,200 shares of Defendant D’s total 4,00 shares (5,00 shares per share) and Plaintiff B owned 2,800 shares. 2) Defendant C owned all 15,00 shares of F Co., Ltd. (the trade name before the change: G Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “G”) that is engaged in the chartered bus transportation business, and owned all 15,00 shares per share (10,00 shares per share) from February 3, 2015 to September 29, 2016.

B. 1) Plaintiff A and H (the Plaintiff appears to have owned Defendant D in substance with the Plaintiff).

() Upon I’s introduction, Defendant C, etc. decided to exchange shares of G and D owned by Defendant C with the shares of the Plaintiffs on February 5, 2017. On February 6, 2017, each transfer contract on each of the above shares was prepared on February 7, 2017 (However, each contract date was written on February 7, 2017; Plaintiff A transferred KRW 1200,00 shares of Defendant D with KRW 6 million to Defendant C, and Plaintiff C transferred KRW 280,00 shares of Defendant D with KRW 14 million, respectively; Defendant C drafted each contract to transfer KRW 750,00 shares of G to the Plaintiffs respectively.

In the above share swap contract, "the share swap contract of this case" is "the share swap contract of this case", and all the shares of defendant D transferred by the plaintiffs to defendant C are "the shares of this case".

(2) At the time of the instant share swap contract, Defendant C stated to the Plaintiffs that “The vehicle owned by G is 23 vehicles and the debt is about KRW 80 million or KRW 900 million.” The vehicle on the present condition of G vehicle.
