1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,138,980 and KRW 33,00,000 among them, annually, from November 16, 1996 to September 30, 2015.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That the plaintiff, the creditor, and the debtor shall be deemed the defendant).

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
