1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,273,770 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 16, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only submitted the original copy of the payment order and submitted the written objection, but did not appear on the date for pleading after the subsequent reply) of the creditor is regarded as "the plaintiff" and "the debtor" as "the defendant".
