With respect to the foregoing case, this Court's 4th sentence of September 22, 2015 stated that "the first sentence of the court's decision which rendered September 22, 2015 is applicable" and "1.

Reasons

Since it is evident that the entry of aiding and abetting in the application column of the above decision was omitted by mistake, it shall be decided as per the order by revising ex officio under Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
