The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below was just to reverse the first deliberation and to render a not guilty verdict on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and there was no error of exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles on the criminal intent to acquire fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
