1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On August 23, 2012, at around 02:09 on August 23, 2012, Defendants 1 and 2, 2012: (a) had the victim F, set up in the E Apartment Underground Parking Lot in Asia-si, A, with the intent to steals the victim F, and Defendant A her walked at the Si-dong by linking the clothes of the above Ortoba Cable with the above Ortoba Cable. As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
B. On September 6, 2012, around 02:30 on September 6, 2012, the Defendants: (a) discovered that the key of the vehicle is displayed at the victim H, which was parked at the entrance of the G apartment at Asan City, on the Igppp car owned by the victim H; and (b) attempted to steal the said vehicle; (c) Defendant A driven the said vehicle; and (d) Defendant B was accompanied by Defendant B’s seat on the steering line, thereby cutting down the vehicle at the victim’s market price of KRW 4.55 million.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. At around 05:00 on September 13, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the key of the vehicle is sticked to the vehicle in the KS520 vehicle owned by the victim J, which was parked in the E apartment parking lot at the time of 05:00, KM520, and then cut off the vehicle at the time of the said vehicle and driving the vehicle, thereby driving the vehicle at the time, with the victim’s market value of KRW 3.5 million.
