1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,015,410 as well as KRW 20,50,000 among them, from May 17, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, the term "creditor" shall be "Plaintiff", "debtor" shall be deemed "Defendant," and "25% per annum of the overdue interest rate" in attached Form 1 shall be deemed to be a clerical error of "22% per annum."
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
