1. Compulsory execution against the Defendant’s Plaintiff based on the Suwon District Court Decision 2013Ra91 decided July 1, 2014.

Reasons

1. On June 24, 2016, the Plaintiff’s indication of the claim made the Defendant as the principal deposit and deposited the full repayment of the obligation based on the judgment as indicated in the Disposition No. 1, and thus, compulsory execution based on the above judgment shall be denied.
