The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s conviction of the charge of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is just, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to legitimate self-defense or legitimate act beyond the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
