1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from May 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On April 30, 2013, the Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several surety, lent KRW 50 million to Defendant B without an agreement to pay interest at any time upon the Plaintiff’s request. The Plaintiff’s above loan to the Defendants and damages for delay are claimed.
