Nevertheless, around 19:45 on January 7, 2016, the Defendant posted an advertisement containing the name of goods (a three-dimensional air gun), manufacturing (a three-dimensional), desired price (100,000), transaction method (direct trading), firearms photograph, etc. for the purpose of selling an air gun, which is a gun, on the bulletin board "B" on the Internet site.
