1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,285,771 as well as 20% per annum from April 3, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
According to Gap's statement, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant company on July 1, 2005 and resigned on March 19, 2015, but did not receive 37,285,771 won of retirement pay.
According to the facts found above, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 37,285,771 won of retirement allowance and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided in the Labor Standards Act from April 3, 2015 to the date of full payment with the grace period under the Labor Standards Act.
