Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative director of the corporation B, and when the sum of the floor area does not exceed 85 square meters, the defendant reported to the head of the competent shipping unit in advance to the head of the competent shipping unit. However, around October 2014, the defendant extended the building area of 84 square meters on the end of the building B located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan Metropolitan City, by using steel pipe around the building.
