1. As to KRW 192,429,342 and KRW 111,80,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from April 4, 2016 to May 14, 2016.
On April 2010, South Seoul Agricultural Cooperative granted a loan of KRW 110,180,000 to the defendant.
On December 18, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired all of the principal and interest of loans to the Defendant by the Seoul Agricultural Cooperative, and notified the Defendant of this.
As of April 4, 2016, the Defendant delayed the repayment of the principal and interest of the loan, the principal and interest of the loan amounted to KRW 192,429,342.
[Grounds for recognition] Gap evidence Nos. 1-3 and the purport of the entire pleadings are as follows. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan interest of KRW 192,429,342 and delay damages for the principal of KRW 11,800,000 among them.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the ground of the reasons.
