On February 16, 2018, the Defendant, at around 17:04, 17:04, was under the influence of alcohol at a house located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and 119, Da fire fighting officials belonging to C, who were called upon 119, sited on the Defendant’s surrounding event and gave first aid to the Defendant, the Defendant expressed the said D’s desire to “sprinkling, sprinkling,” and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning emergency medical services by assaulting fire officials, such as using the victim’s clothes once.
