When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On August 20, 2017, the vehicle is operated even though it is difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching 13 light half of the front registration number plate of B in the 419-to-be in front of the vehicle from a wind lutol set at 419 times as in the Yancheon-si Yancheon-si, Yancheon-si, B, with the knowledge that it is difficult to identify the registration number plate;

2. On September 16, 2017, the vehicle is operated in Daegu Tolart located at the central highway 88 kilometers in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2017 in the same manner as the above 1. paragraph;

3. On September 25, 2017, around 00:24, the said vehicle was operated in the same manner as at the place of the foregoing paragraph 1.
