1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding "the result of the party principal questioning results against the defendant B and the result of the medical record appraisal of the Korea Communications Association of the first instance," is the same as the part of the judgment of the court of first instance (excluding the part concerning wage claims, compensation for actual expenses, and goods payment claims not within the scope of the judgment of the court of first instance) and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
