1. The Defendant jointly with C, as well as KRW 1,250,000,00,00 and the year from August 26, 2011 to March 14, 2015.

Reasons

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim and C are obligated to jointly issue, and complete notarial acts, a promissory note as of June 23, 201, the face value of which is KRW 1,250,000,000, and the due date of which is August 25, 2011, to secure the Plaintiff’s repayment of KRW 1,250,000 until August 25, 201, and to pay the Plaintiff 5% per annum from August 26, 201 to the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and damages for delay by 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
