The defendant is a person working for a maintenance company at the Dong Agricultural Organization Center in Seoul, Seoul, and the victim E (33 years of age) is a person who works for a private job in the Dong Dong-gun F of Seoul, Seoul, the Dong-gun.

On July 29, 2013, the victim was left to repair the defendant on the ground that the victim had been used by the Agricultural Organization Center in the above Agricultural Organization around 10:00, and in the skiing log used for compost transportation from DFD, it was left to repair the defendant.
