However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

1. Defendant A

가. 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 12. 29. 20:20경 파주시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 ‘E’라는 상호의 주점에서 친구인 B 등과 술을 마시던 중, 피해자와 종업원에게 “네가 사장 년이냐 그럼 저 년이 사장이냐 너 네 둘이 오늘 장사하는 거냐 야! 이리 와서 앉아봐.”라고 큰소리치고, 다른 손님에게 “야 이 새끼야, 이리와 봐! 늙은 놈 이리 와!”라고 말하며 테이블을 발로 2회 걷어차 컵 등을 바닥에 떨어지게 하여 깨뜨리고, 이를 제지하는 피해자를 주먹을 쥐고 때릴 듯이 위협하는 등 소란을 피웠다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force for about one hour.

B. The Defendant: (a) received the report of D’s 112, the main place of business by avoiding disturbance at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph 1’s A; and (b) sent out the victim G, the president of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, who belongs to the F District Unit of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station; (c) said D, employees of the said main place, and customers were heard by the victim, thereby publicly insulting the victim by saying “the fluor has been distorted, and the fluor is equal to the fluor fluor.”

2. The Defendants’ co-offenders committed assault, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 1-B, that they attempted to arrest the Defendant A as a flagrant offender with interference with the business of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station F District G, etc., called the Defendant, and the Defendant A committed assault, i.e., assaulting the chest part of the above G with the hand floor, i., e., e., singing down the chest part of the said G with the hand-on, i.e., e., sing down as he can fright and sing down the lower part of the arms and the rear part of the said G.

As a result, the Defendants jointly interfered with the dispatch of police officers to the scene, the investigation of crimes, and the arrest of flagrant offenders.
