가등기말소
1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants received on June 12, 2015 from the Busan District Court as to the real estate stated in the attached list 1 and 2.
The Plaintiff and the Defendants, on June 8, 2015, concluded a pre-sale agreement (hereinafter “instant pre-sale agreement”) with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet as indicated in the separate sheet as indicated in the separate sheet for sale and purchase as the same. There is no dispute between the parties.
The Defendants did not pay KRW 100 million each of the reservation deposits to the Plaintiff on the date of the reservation pursuant to the instant reservation. The instant reservation was legally rescinded by the delivery of the application for change of the cause of the claim on March 4, 2016, stating the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to rescind.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted.
