1. On February 18, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of sale on the same day with respect to the real estate listed in the attached list.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, since the real estate stated in the separate sheet is presumed to be owned by the plaintiff, the defendants are obligated to order the plaintiff as long as they fail to prove the legitimate authority to possess the real estate stated in the separate sheet.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
