1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 3,900,00 won and September 10, 2015.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, based on the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, terminated the lease agreement on March 10, 2014 on the real estate listed in the separate sheet on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, and sought a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the real estate and rent.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the recommendation of confession.
