1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 21,596,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from September 6, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 150(3) and 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the applicable provisions of the Acts (i.e., the Defendant only submitted a written objection to request the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim on September 13, 2016, and the Defendant did not respond to the correction recommendation of this court).
