A. D operated a gas station located in Goyang-si E (hereinafter “instant gas station”).

The plaintiff is the senior mother of D.

D, as it is difficult to operate the gas station of this case, proposed investment in the gas station business in F and the Plaintiff, a senior mother, who is the Plaintiff’s wife and senior mother.

B. The Plaintiff and F agreed that the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s family members, including G, H, and I, who are the Plaintiff and F and their children, agree that “the Plaintiff’s family members invest KRW 750 million and establish a company for the operation of the gas station and manage the gas station of this case together,” around July 2013.

On July 29, 2013, the Plaintiff’s family members and D invested KRW 750 million in accordance with the above agreement, and established the J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) as a company for the operation of the instant gas station, and registered D as the representative director of J, and D as the Plaintiff’s family members, respectively.

D, even after J was established, D operated the gas station of this case.

C. On September 1, 2015, D indicated as “the mother of Defendant C, the face value of which is the addressee, 400 million won, issue date, 30 April 30, 2016, J, D, K, and LD,” respectively, in Chapter 1 of the Promissory Notes paper written by a notary public located in Sung-si, Sung-si, Sung-si, Sung-si, P, in the number of law firms, as of September 1, 2015, and indicated as “the mother of the issuer, J, D, and LD,” respectively, and signed and sealed each of the Plaintiff’s names in relation to the issue portion of the Plaintiff’s name in relation to the other Promissory Notes paper.

(hereinafter referred to as "each of the Promissory Notes in this case" in total). D entrusts an attorney-at-law in charge of the authentication of the authentication of each of the Promissory Notes in this case to the Plaintiff, J, K, and L with the preparation of the authentication of each of the Promissory Notes in this case.
