1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 94,380,845 and the interest rate thereon from December 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.
1. According to the mixed feed supply contract concluded on February 21, 2007 with Defendant C under the joint and several guarantee of Defendant C, the Plaintiff supplied the mixed feed to Defendant B from around the above time to June 1, 2013. As of June 1, 2013, the unpaid feed amount was 97,902,275 won. Defendant B paid only KRW 3,521,430 out of the unpaid feed amount.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 94,380,845 (=97,902,275 won-3,521,430) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
