1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 29, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”. The Plaintiff reduced the claim on the first date for pleading as indicated in the Disposition).
