A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
【2016 Height 670】
1. On February 24, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court, on May 13, 201, a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the same court on May 13, 201, and a summary order of KRW 6 million for the same crime at the same court on November 25, 2015.
On November 15, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol again while under the influence of alcohol, from around 3 km to the roads near the Dong Middle-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, without a driver’s license, at least 0.143% alcohol concentration in blood without a driver’s license, and was punished twice as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving under influence of alcohol) by driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

1. On November 17, 2015, the Defendant damaged the said car by drinking the passenger car owned by the Victim K (52 tax) with a light of drinking and launching the passenger car owned by the Victim K (52 tax) at the front of the J of Ulsan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., without any particular reason.
2. 폭행 피고인은 제 1 항과 같은 일시, 장소에서 피해자 M(32 세) 이 N 투 싼 승용차를 운전하려는 것을 보고 아무런 이유 없이 위 승용차를 발로 찼고, 피해자가 이를 제지하자 손으로 피해자의 멱살을 잡아 흔들어 폭행하였다.

On March 29, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:08 on March 29, 2016, is under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.067% in blood without a driver’s license, from a section of approximately one kilometer to the roads in front of the undersea Park in the middle-gu, Jung-gu, Southern-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul.
