On August 27, 2016, at around 18:54, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with the victim D(the age of 36) on the front of the “C convenience store” located in the Busan Shodong-gu, Busan, for the reason that the victim D (the age of 36) puts waste on the paper of the disuse he accumulated by the Defendant; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to read “Choe, dead,” and brea the breath of the victim E (the age of 60) above the floor by breabing the breath, and booming the face of the victim E (the age of 60).

As such, the Defendant assaulted the victim D, and inflicted injury upon the victim E to the extent that the number of days of treatment cannot be known.
