1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 27,783,085 and KRW 27,783,083 from June 27, 2014 to September 22, 2014.

Reasons

1. In full view of the purport of the evidence No. 1-1-6 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, etc., the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of subrogation and the amount of delay delay damages calculated at a rate of 27,783,085 won per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (=2 won for delay delay in confirmation of the amount of subrogation) and 27,783,083 of the amount of subrogation, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case from June 27, 2014, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until September 22, 2014, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and the damages for delay calculated at a rate of 12% per annum 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
