Punishment of the crime
On January 24, 2014, at around 00:54, the Defendant driven B Lbanon-car from the road front of the French-dong located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to around 800 meters from the roads front of the French-dong 201-99, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.053% of alcohol content.
