On April 24, 2015, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a approximately 1.5 kilometer from the front day of the mutual incompactonivity in the New-dong in Gwangju Mine-dong to the front day of the heat-combined power plant located in the same Gu, as the vehicle, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.062% of the blood alcohol concentration.
