1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 45,782,190, and KRW 30,860,620 among them, from December 23, 2006, KRW 10,740,40.

Reasons

1. The grounds for a claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) the “creditor” shall be deemed the “Plaintiff”; and (b) the “debtor” shall be deemed the “Defendant”;
