(2) The creditor, however, submitted a formal written objection with no particular content that is served on the original copy of the payment order in this case, and later, did not submit a substantive reply or a preparatory document containing specific arguments in the proceedings for pleadings, and did not appear on the date of pleading, and thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession of all of the allegations by applicable provisions of law.
