On May 10, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.154% among blood transfusion around 22:15 on May 10, 2017, driven a main apartment at approximately 2 km in front of the Young-do Hospital located in the Young-do Hospital in Busan Young-do, Busan Metropolitan City, which was located in the same Dongdong-dong (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul-do Hospital”).
