The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below's decision of not guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is just, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the intention of unlawful acquisition and damage to property in larceny, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
