1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 61,075,545 and KRW 44,00,00 among the costs, per annum from August 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
