Reasons
In addition to replacing "suspects" as "defendants" in the facts charged, the facts charged are as shown in the attached Form.
Dismissal of Public Prosecution
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act;
B. Submission of a statement of withdrawal of complaint to the effect that the victims are not subject to punishment on December 6, 2017 after institution of the prosecution
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
