A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

1. Defendant A purchased a mobile phone in the name of the victim C, and had the victim bear an installment of the mobile phone and the charge for the mobile phone.

On June 1, 2018, the first fraud, around June 1, 2018, Defendant A reported the fact that the victim C can lawfully prepare money before the military expulsion at a D store located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “CY”) on the following grounds: “On the face of the transfer of a mobile phone in the name of thener, Defendant A reported the fact that the mobile phone agent was sold to the Mobile Call Report Center for Illegal Business, and received part of the monetary reward.” Moreover, the fact that the payment for the installment of the mobile phone device or the telecommunications fee for the mobile phone should be settled within the internal area is not known.”

However, even if Defendant A purchased a mobile phone device in the name of the victim and subscribed to a mobile phone, he/she did not receive a monetary reward by reporting it to the mobile phone unfair conduct reporting center, or did not have an intention or ability to pay a mobile phone installment or a mobile phone charge.

Defendant

A, as such, deceiving the victim and allowed the victim to purchase one unit of the mobile phone device (IPOHNE-X-256GB) at the seat, and did not pay the victim the sum of the cost of installing the mobile phone terminal and the cost of installing the mobile phone (including the small amount of payment) from June 2018 to September 2018, and acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

B. On June 1, 2018, Defendant A, the second fraud, around June 1, 2018, would allow the victim C to lawfully prepare money at the “G sales store” located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

The mobile phone agency is illegal in the face of the transfer of the mobile phone in the name of the driver.
