On September 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Daejeon District Court's astronomical Branch, and on December 3, 2011, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. At around 17:20 on May 27, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the key of the said car is away from the ENFnasa car owned by the victim, which was set up near the house of the victim C, at Ansan, and tried to steal the said car and things in the said car.

On May 28, 2012, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the time of the operation of the said vehicle, to the PC room located in the F latter part of the F at the time of safeness, and subsequently, at around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said vehicle again at around 05:00 on the same day to G, and then left the vehicle while parking the said vehicle at approximately 150 meters away from the victim’s house, and left it together with the said key.

As a result, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to KRW 9,35,00,000, total of the two keys of the market value of KRW 5,000,000, and the total of KRW 300,000,000, which were attached in the above vehicle and the market value of KRW 50,000.

Around 01:00 on May 28, 2012, the Defendant driven an ENF station or other car without obtaining a vehicle driving license for approximately 4 km from the PC to the PC located in the latter part of the safe city of Ansan, and from around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven an ENF station or other car without obtaining a vehicle driving license for about 4 km from the PC to the safe city of Ansan.
