2. After the judgment of the court below, the defendant additionally deposited KRW 7,000,000 shall be favorable to the defendant.

In light of the records of this case and the reasons for sentencing of the judgment of the court below, considering all the circumstances asserted by the defendant on the grounds of appeal, such as additional deposit circumstances, etc., the sentence of the court below is heavy.
