1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,512,179 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 15, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the following facts: (a) the Plaintiff was employed and worked for the Defendant during the period from February 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018; and (b) the Defendant’s total amount of wages and retirement allowances of KRW 41,512,179 may be recognized respectively.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from September 15, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the expiration of 14 days from the date of retirement, for the sum of the above wages and retirement allowances, KRW 41,512,179.
The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
