A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 207] The Defendant registered as a candidate for the election of the head of the cooperative head of the cooperative nationwide, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, as the former president of the D located in Jinju-si (hereinafter “D”) and the first president of the cooperative nationwide who was implemented on March 11, 2015.
No one shall offer, manifest an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, or other economic benefits or public or private positions to an elector for an election campaign.
At around 14:10 on March 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found the residence of EF located in Jinju-si, and provided KRW 170,000,000,000, in total, eight times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, to F, who is a D elector, for the purpose of requesting support, ordering, ordering, and giving cash of KRW 200,00 (4 pages) that was closed at the election of the head of the association; and (b) provided 8 electors with support.
[2015 Highest 369] The defendant registered as a candidate for the election of the head of the cooperative head of the cooperative of Jinju-si as the former president of the cooperative of Jin-si, and the first president of the cooperative of Jin-si who implemented March 11, 2015.

On January 2015, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in G in Jinju-si, attempted to offer money and valuables to the members in relation to the election of the wife H and the president of the association, and, in the case of female members, H intended to play a role of providing money and valuables.
In collusion with wife H, the Defendant: (a) found on February 19, 2015 at the first place of residence of J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J as “I. I.S.,” and (b) offered 150,000 won in cash (50,000 won) upon the Defendant’s request for support, and provided 150,000 won in cash (3 copies) on five occasions in total, such as the list of crimes in annexed Form 2.
