【Criminal Facts】

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. The Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.

B. On July 18, 2015, at around 11:03, the Defendant driven the said Ecoo vehicle without a driver’s license from the front side of the “marine Marart,” which is located in the Hanju City-si, to the front side of the Central Highway, which is located in the same Dong.

3. On June 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 15:55 on June 24, 2015, at the D District Branch Office of the Crossing Police Station, which is a government office; (b) informed the Defendant of the charge under paragraph (1); (c) released the patrol key on the floor of the table; and (d) laid off on the floor; and (e) during the course of service, etc., “I am, I am off.
