1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 56,124,145 and Defendant B, Inc. from April 30, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. In accordance with the amendment of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, 12% per annum shall apply from June 1, 2019 among damages for delay claimed.
