The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 10:30 on July 22, 2017, 2017, and 10:234 Daon-ro 47, Jinco apartment 202 at the front parking lot of the 202-dong apartment and used the victim’s chest on two occasions with his left top.
2. Determination: The victim's expression of intention not to punish him/her after an indictment was dismissed (Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act, Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act).
