Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On August 9, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 07:34, and at around 0.146% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a DNA car at a distance of approximately 200 meters from the Hancheon-si, Seocheon-si to the front road of about 48 (Insular History) on the same upper day from the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the same upper day.
