1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from February 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On August 11, 2009, the Plaintiff made a lease of the amount indicated in the order to the Defendant on August 11, 2009, and the above loan and its damages for delay are claimed by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
